That was beautiful hotel set in quiet area, really close to shops and restaurants, where to find the those wonderful Highland cows and the center of town. Booked a room with a sofa bed.

Its location was very central, right at Edinbane Pottery. Plus, it was near Portree centre as well as the town square.

I was quite surprised by the absoluteley poor hospitality, almost got used to being ignored. And of course, no hot food in the room. No late-night snacks woudl ve been nice. I expected an upgrade since i stayed for 2 nights but that didn't happen. Just can't imagin why they think this is enough!

enjoyable cozy stay with minor drawbacks
We loved the spacious family room. The thoughtful touches, like extra toiletries and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of options and made-to-order eggs that were delicious. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view outside our window was a good bonus.
The bathroom could have been a bit more modern in design.

The towels were small but adequate for a quick freshen-up after a long day. Bring a light blanket if the weather looks warm!

The location is quiet and made for a peaceful night's sleep, with easy access to the city center. Breakfast is well-cooked with a nice selection, though the one-hour dining window can feel restrictive. It's a welcoming place with comfortable amenities and really good cleanliness.

We had the Junior Suite, super clean and wonderfully warm with underfloor heating. The breakfast was a highlight, served buffet-style with a full cooked option and delicious haggis. The shower had great water pressure, and Jim was a fantastic host.
No major complaints. Everything was great.
